To generate and close sales and business development under the Sales Manager. Strategic Responsibilities
Mainly builds business by identifying and selling prospects while maintaining relationships with clients and achieving targets.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending exhibitions, and events, gathering information from market research and establishing personal networks.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Additional Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Maintains relationships with clients by providing support and information/documentation Identifies market demands, seasonal requirements, industry trends, market activities, and competitors or new products \xc2\xb7 Weekly monitoring of sales plan and preparation of weekly progress plan to be submitted for weekly sales progress meeting by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and ensuring timely notification of delays of deliveries. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate information between other parties including purchasing, sales, and finance team to control and monitor the availability of goods in line with the sales plan. Requirements \xc2\xb7 Bachelors or masters degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred or CIM or any other relevant educational qualification \xc2\xb7 3 years of sales experience in the Argo commodity trade/ food & Beverage / FMCG SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills A strong CRM history and capability of effectively handling client inquires Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly growing business Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for sales Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience:
