RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an enthusiastic teammate who is keen to learn more about FinTech and cloud hosting.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
• Assisting Account Managers in helping a range of clients succeed with our software;
• Delivering fantastic customer service and adding value to client businesses at all times;
• Forging strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and assisting in strategic planning;
• Resolving client queries and issues;
• Working with the product development team on the technical implementation of client accounts;
• Collaborating with client managers/partners and the product development team to design new product features and improve existing ones;
• Educating clients on social media best practice and new product launches;
Requirements
• Prior experience in account management and/or customer success (Desirable);
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
• Strong organisation skills, able to multitask and work independently;
• Experience of working within a team;
• Strong people skills, able to build rapport with a range of teammates and clients;
• Problem solving and analytical skills;
• Strong numeracy skills and experience with Excel;
• Can do attitude and a willingness to learn;
• Technically proficient when exposed to new software;
• Passionate about a career in digital marketing;
• You have the right to work in the UK.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
