Job Description

Currently, we are looking for a Sales & RTM Intern to join our team and support the company's sales strategies and RTM practices.

If you have an analytical mindset, you will be a great addition to our team for this 6 months paid internship.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Generate dashboards and reports for sales pilot programs and initiatives in Morocco and Western Africa. Enhance dashboard reporting for merchandising activities with Merch Time, Motion, and Merch Visit Execution Reports for Morocco and Tunisia, and Libya. Develop internal expertise on routing processes and standardize methodologies at the cluster level. Document best practices for Route-to-Market strategies. Assist in financial model assessment for different selling models.

EDUCATION

University degree in Sales, Business Administration, or Economics.

WORK EXPERIENCE

We are open for the Graduates with minimal experience.

SKILLS

Fluency in English, French and Arabic. Good hand with numbers and systems. Some knowledge of sales and RTM practices. Negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
