Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales for the Ladies Spa. Manage the spa's social media presence, creating engaging content and building a strong online following. Collaborate with the Spa Manager and other departments to develop and promote special spa packages and promotions. Conduct market research to identify trends and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and travel agents. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the spa's unique offerings and benefits. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend adjustments for optimal results. Manage the spa's sales budget and contribute to achieving revenue targets. Provide exceptional customer service to all spa inquiries. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales and marketing role within the spa and wellness industry (experience in the hospitality sector a plus). Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive sales. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Creativity and a passion for developing innovative marketing initiatives. Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation. Fluency in English and Arabic languages (mandatory). A strong understanding of the luxury spa & wellness market in Kuwait.
