Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels e.g. cold calling, network or referrals.
Showcase properties and provide accurate information about the real estate market, property value and investment and opportunities in the UAE.
Understand clients needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties.
Conduct market analysis to determine property pricing and recommend adjustments.
Facilitate the closing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
Set and achieve sales target within specified timelines.
Prepare and review contracts, leases and other legal documents.
Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and advertising campaigns.

Beginner broker
Basic salary 1000 AED++,Plus plus Realtor gets paid 25 AED Extra For every verified live new listing, for 75 AED for every Exclusive live verified new exclusive listing.
Experienced Broker
Basic salary 4000AED++,Plus Plus Realtor gets paid 50 AED Extra For every verified live new listing and 75 AED for every Exclusive live verified new exclusive listing.Ideal ProfileDesired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a sales executive or similar role in real estate.
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
Familiarity with legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field(preferred).
