FirstPoint Technical Services is a leading provider of maintenance, fit-out, and cleaning services. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional results to our clients, and we're looking for a talented Sales Agent/Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent/Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a Sales Agent/Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing clients, and supporting our staff in sales best practices. You will be confident in your ability to communicate effectively with clients over the phone and in person, and have a strong understanding of our services.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, prospecting, and networking
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets
• Conduct sales calls and presentations to clients, both over the phone and in person
• Support our staff in sales best practices to ensure they are equipped to meet their sales targets
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of our services
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the maintenance, fit-out, or cleaning industries
• Knowledge of sales best practices and techniques
• Familiarity with customer service principles and practices

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
