Job Offer: Sales Agent at Altracs Car Rental in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
: Altracs Car Rental is seeking a motivated and competent Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should possess a valid UAE driving license, have computer knowledge, be fluent in English, and hold a bachelor's degree.
Main Responsibilities:
• Greet and Advise Clients: Provide information on the different types of vehicles available for rent, rates, company policies, and rental options.
• Handle Reservations: Manage client reservations by phone, online, or in person. This includes checking vehicle availability and confirming reservation details.
• Prepare Rental Contracts: Ensure all necessary documents are completed and signed by the client, explaining the terms and conditions of the rental contract.
• Manage Financial Transactions: Process payments, manage security deposits, and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Customer Assistance: Respond to client questions and concerns, resolving complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Inspect and Prepare Vehicles: Check the condition of vehicles before and after each rental, ensuring they are clean, in good working order, and ready for the next rental.
• Promote and Upsell Additional Services: Offer additional services such as insurance, GPS, child seats, etc., and encourage clients to add them to their reservation.
• Manage Client Relationships: Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and obtain referrals.
Required Skills:
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain rental options and contract terms, and courteously and professionally respond to client questions.
• Customer Service Orientation: Focus on client satisfaction and ability to handle delicate situations calmly and efficiently.
• Sales Skills: Ability to identify client needs and offer appropriate solutions, as well as close additional sales.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain effective organization of reservations and documents.
• Vehicle Knowledge: Understanding of different vehicle categories, their features, and technical specifications.
• Computer Skills: Knowledge of car rental management software and ability to use computer tools for managing reservations and transactions.

• Attractive base salary + commission.
