Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, particularly in the secondary market f or our exclusive project s. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Actively engage in the sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis in the real estate sector.
• Promote and sell properties in the secondary market, showcasing exclusive projects and their unique features.
• Prepare and present property listings, proposals, and marketing materials to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to achieve optimal results for clients and the company.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to overall team performance.
• Attend networking events and industry-related functions to expand professional connections and increase visibility in the market.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on the secondary market and exclusive projects.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM software.
