We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent who will serve as a mediator between our telecalling team and potential clients. This role involves engaging with leads generated by telecallers, nurturing relationships, providing property information, and closing deals effectively. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of real estate processes, and the ability to bridge the gap between client needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Conversion: Act as a key intermediary between the telecalling team and clients, ensuring leads generated through telemarketing are effectively followed up and converted into successful property deals.
• Client Interaction: Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and offer suitable property solutions to match their preferences.
• Property Presentations: Provide clients with detailed property information, including pricing, features, location, and other relevant factors.
• Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring both the client's and company's interests are met.
• Collaboration with Telecallers: Coordinate with telecallers to ensure accurate information is shared with clients, addressing any queries they may have.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest real estate trends, market conditions, and new property listings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
• Documentation and Paperwork: Assist clients with the necessary documentation and ensure all paperwork for property transactions is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns clients may have during the buying process.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, trends, and local property laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage and nurture client relationships effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and work ethics.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
