Your main objective is to deliver outstanding customer service, forge enduring connections, and ensure smooth real estate deals. : - Source leads using various methods. - Proficiency in Mandarin, German, or French is required - Stay updated on real estate trends. - Support clients in transactions. - Organize property viewings. - Assist clients throughout transactions. - Provide accurate property information. - Uphold professional standards. Qualifications: Proven expertise as a Real Estate Sales Agent or in a comparable position for over three years. Preference will be given to candidates with a valid real estate (RERA) license. Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities. Thorough understanding of local real estate market dynamics, regulations, and processes. Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting. Exceptional customer service aptitude with a client-centered approach.
