Company Description X-Gen Node is a subsidiary of the Ducatus Group and offers individuals an opportunity to benefit from blockchain and the digital economy. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent located in Dubai. The Sales Agent\'s main responsibility is to sell X-Gen Node products by making outgoing calls to potential leads from Social Media and answering inbound calls. The Sales Agent will provide exceptional customer service and support while delivering sales pitches and closing deals. Additionally, the Sales Agent will provide training and support to customers on using X-Gen Node\'s platform. Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with emphasis on active listening and effective speaking
- Experience in customer service and support
- Demonstrated ability to sell using phone and/or other sales techniques
- Ability to provide training and support to customers on how to use a product
- Prior experience in Sales or in a similar role
- Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency
- Advanced degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency

- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (Required)
