The Telesales Agent is responsible for generating sales over the phone. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers to sell products or services, ensuring a smooth sales process, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to present and sell company products or services.
• Inbound Calls: Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the products and services offered by the company to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance goals.
• Database Management: Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
