MP Group, a leading company with offices based at the Dubai Supreme Court Complex , specializes in accounting , bookkeeping , corporate services , and business consulting . We provide strategic support in HR , Finance , business models , and strategic marketing . We are looking for an independent and results-driven Sales Agent capable of identifying and acquiring new clients through referrals and direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively seek new clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Professionally and convincingly present our services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain long-term, solid relationships with clients.
• Achieve and exceed established sales targets.
• Monitor the market and propose new business development opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fully understand services and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide periodic reports on sales activities and results.

Requirements

• Experience in sales (preferably in accounting, corporate services, or related fields).
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's market and local business dynamics.
• A well-established and strong network of connections in Dubai.
• Strong ability to work independently and achieve objectives autonomously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).

Preferred Skills

• Experience selling professional services (accounting, tax consulting, corporate services, HR, or strategic marketing).
• Ability to handle objections and find solutions for clients.
• Familiarity with CRM tools to manage and track sales activities.
