Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:

Conduct market analysis to determine property values, trends, and competitive pricing strategies.

Showings and Open Houses:

Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses, providing clients with detailed information about properties.

Negotiation:

Represent clients in negotiations to purchase or sell properties, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Documentation:

Prepare and manage all necessary documentation and contracts related to property transactions.

Networking:

Attend networking events and open houses to generate leads and build professional relationships.

Continuous Learning:

Stay informed about the real estate market, industry trends, and local regulations.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in real estate sales or related fields preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using real estate software and online listing platforms. Knowledge of local real estate market and neighborhoods.
