Position Summary
This role involves generating leads, negotiating property deals, and building relationships with clients to facilitate successful transactions. Agents are responsible for staying updated on market conditions, handling property listings, and providing outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through networking, marketing, and cold calling.
Conduct property showings and answer client questions regarding potential purchases or sales.
Prepare and review property listings and promotional materials.
Negotiate offers and contracts to close transactions successfully.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
Maintain an updated knowledge of property laws, zoning regulations, and financing options.
Handle administrative tasks, such as updating client records and managing contracts.
Collaborate with mortgage brokers, lawyers, inspectors, and other professionals as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a real estate license is required.
Proven experience as a real estate agent or sales representative is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
Knowledge of the local property market and current trends.
