As a Sales Advisor, you will be an integral part of our retail team, providing exceptional customer service and expertise in sports and fitness. Your responsibilities will include:
• Engaging customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
• Assisting customers in finding the right sports and fitness products.
• Providing expert advice on sports equipment, apparel, and accessories.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales.
• A genuine passion for sports, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
• Athletic background or experience as an athlete is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Demonstrated growth mindset or a passion for continuous learning.
