Position: Real Estate Sales Advisor

:

As a Real Estate Sales Agent at PropertysPro Real Estate LLC , your role will involve actively engaging with clients, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth transaction process from start to finish. You will be pivotal in driving sales & Lease growth and maintaining client satisfaction.

Compensation Package:

1. Fixed Salary Bonus for( One Year ):

- Upon achieving cumulative sales milestones, you will receive additional fixed salary bonuses starting from 5,000 to 15,000AED

2. Commission Structure:

- You will earn a competitive commission rate between 20-70% on the total value of each closed real estate deal.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- UAE driving license and own transportation preferred.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
