• Prepare and Generate EOI, Sales Offer and Sales Purchase Agreement
• Update and maintain sales databases, CRM systems and other sales related documentation. Maintain easy accessible filing system (SPAs, NDAs, EOIs and sales offers).
• Create new deals and cancel deals as assigned by the sales team and export and import files
• Ensure that all deal information is accurately entered into the CRM system, including deal name, expected close date, deal value, and associated contacts or accounts.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate sales transactions.
• Assist sales team in generating leads and closing deals
• Collaborate with sales agents to gather necessary information for deal creation and follow up on any missing details.
•Work closely with the sales team to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to deal creation or cancellation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and updating client's records.
•Attend to and handle customer inquiries, issues, complaints, and feedback.
• Managing day-to-day administrative tasks from including answering phones, mail, record keeping and filing, and sending letters
• Any other assigned tasks and responsibilities
Requirements:
• Real Estate Background is Mandatory
• Expert knowledge in the advanced features of Microsoft Excel (Test will be taken during the interview)
•Have knowledge of the real estate market and current trends
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Proactive and organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
•Excellent interpersonal skills, Professional appearance and the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.
