We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our sales department. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process and contributing to the success of our company
Responsibilities
• Process sales orders and inquiries efficiently via phone and other electronic medias.
• Verify the accuracy of customer information, and enquiry details
• Maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate customer data.
• Liaise with other departments, such as accounts and administration to ensure timely deliveries and address customer concerns effectively.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments.
• Stay up to date on company services to effectively answer customer queries.
• Assist with research on new property listings
Qualifications
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for real estate (a plus).
