As a growing business, we're looking for a talented and organized individual to join us as a Sales/Customer Manager -- a role full of potential for growth and leadership.

Responsibilities:

Consulting clients on flower selection and compositions Selling bouquets, related accessories, and gifts Receiving and processing orders Coordinating details (availability, execution, additional requests) with florists Maintaining sales reports Coordinating with couriers for delivery organization Full client management: consultation, selection, delivery, post-sale service, and communication
Requirements:

Mandatory proficiency in Russian and English Sales experience (preferably in flowers, gifts, or decor) Passion for flowers and aesthetics, with a good sense of taste Excellent communication skills, friendliness, and customer orientation
Conditions:

Flexible work schedule (to be discussed) Official employment Fixed salary + sales commission
