Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales Admin position
- aware with all listings process
- Excellent Communicator
- Detail oriented and organized person
- English Fluency is a must and more languages is a plus
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Sales Administrator, you will be a key support member for the sales team, facilitating the smooth execution of sales processes. You will play a crucial role in coordinating activities, maintaining records, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales offers, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and property tours for prospective clients.
-Follow up on marketing leads
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing information on available properties, pricing, and other relevant details.
Administrative Support:
- Answer all customer inquiries and requests in a tailored approach, providing personalized assistance and addressing individual needs and concerns to ensure a positive and satisfactory experience.
- Assist the Contracts and Registration Coordinator in managing and organizing documentation related to sales and purchase agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
