• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and handling day-to-day correspondence.
• Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients , agents , addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless client experience from initial contact through post-sale follow-up.
• Sales Coordination: Assist with the coordination of sales activities, including managing contracts, processing purchase agreements, and maintaining accurate sales records.
• Database Management: Maintain and update client and property databases, both in physical and digital filing systems ensuring data integrity and accessibility for the sales and marketing teams.
• Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and market analysis to assist the sales team in strategy development and performance tracking.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
• Proven 3-4 years experience in administrative or property management roles
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Effective written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi)
• Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work both independently and collaborate effectively with a team
