Firenor is a Norwegian based company with international presence mitigating risks by delivering high end engineered fire safety systems since 2001. Firenor designs, engineers, and supplies fire safety solutions to the international projects in energy, oil & gas, and renewable sectors.

Responsibilities
• Hold ultimate responsibility for maintaining client online portals with Firenor' s latest company and approval information.
• Ensure that all official registrations with key clients and government authorities are kept valid and up to date. Keep meticulous records and file and maintain records management database.
• Be the key person in the preparations of all documentation for expressions of interest, registrations, RFIs, RFQs and the like with the assistance of internal and external specialist resources as required to secure high quality submissions through the system until completion.
• Update, customize, and submit the required Firenor prequalification packages to end users and EPC clients.
• Review, store, and organize critical key documents required for prequalification, such as ICV certification, HSE reports, project reference lists, audited bank statements, and ISO certification.
• Collect and compile product information to be used in marketing catalogues.
• Attend prequalification meetings and vendor onboarding sessions and contribute as necessary.
• Assist in creating proposals and quotations and ensure adequate support for timely tender responses as per the Firenor DOA (Delegation of Authority) process.
• Collect, store, and maintain our agency product agreements.
Requirement
• Graduate/Diploma Holder in any field
• At least 4 years' experience of performing a similar role
• Good understanding in Civil Defence Registration, Product registration and Agent registration.
• Advance MS Office Skills
• Strong Record-Keeping Skills
• Keen to details
• Excellent communication skills in business English, both written and verbal.
