Administrative Task Management: \xc3\x98 Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks related to property transactions, including documentation preparation, form submissions, and record-keeping. \xc3\x98 Ensure accuracy and completeness of all paperwork required for bank processes, manager cheques, title deed transfers, and land department registrations. Bank Processes and Financial Transactions: \xc3\x98 Liaise with banks and financial institutions to facilitate mortgage approvals, loan processing, and other financial transactions related to property purchases. \xc3\x98 Assist clients in understanding bank requirements and documentation necessary for mortgage applications and approvals. Title Deed Transfer and Land Department Registration: \xc3\x98 Oversee the process of title deed transfer, including the preparation and submission of necessary documents to relevant authorities. \xc3\x98 Coordinate with the land department for property registrations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Sales Brokerage Experience: \xc3\x98 Utilize previous sales brokerage experience to provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the transaction process. \xc3\x98 Collaborate with sales agents and brokers to ensure seamless coordination and execution of property sales. End-to-End Process Management: \xc3\x98 Take ownership of the entire transaction process, from initial contract signing to the successful transfer of title deeds to clients. \xc3\x98 Ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks and follow-up actions to expedite property transactions. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth property transactions from contract signing to the transfer of title deeds. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through the after-sales process, managing administrative tasks related to bank processes, manager cheques, title deed transfers, land department registrations, and ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. They should also have experience in both brokerage and property development. Land Department Registrations: Manage the registration of properties with the land department, ensuring compliance with all local regulations and requirements. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring all transactions adhere to these standards. Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions and communications with clients. Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering any questions they may have throughout the process.
