DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Sales Administrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
Prepare and maintain sales documents, reports as well as presentations
Manage and organize sales data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, promoting client loyalty
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance to them
Handle customer complaints and ensure swift resolution
Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders and invoices
Support the sales team through scheduling appointments and meetings
Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities
Assist in monitoring sales performance metrics and key performance indicators
Assist in the preparation of sales reports as well as forecasts
Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
The applicant must have a Financial background with proven experience as a sales administrator, sales coordinator or similar role, experience in automotive lubricants, tyres or spare parts is highly required
Should have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Good Ms Office suite knowledge required
Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Should be familiar with sales processes and terminology
Must have a customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent services
French and English speaking candidates are required
Should be able to help develop the online sales development for the company in French speaking countries
