Sales Support: Assist the sales team with various tasks to help them achieve their targets. This may include preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations. You may also assist with data entry, sales order processing, and maintaining sales databases. Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the organization, as well as with clients and customers. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team member when necessary. Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars and schedules for sales representatives and managers. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared. Sales Reporting: Generate and compile sales reports, performance metrics, and sales forecasts. This could involve gathering data from various sources and presenting it in a clear and organized manner. Order Processing: Assist in processing sales orders, tracking shipments, and managing inventory levels. Collaborate with the logistics and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and payment processing. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Ensure that customers\' needs are met and that they receive excellent service throughout the sales process. Documentation and Filing: Maintain and organize sales-related documents, contracts, and records. Keep the sales database up to date and accurate. Market Research: Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends. Provide the sales team with relevant information to help them identify new opportunities and make informed decisions. Measurement and Valuation: Measure and quantify all elements of the assigned work to prepare accurate bills of quantities. Cost Estimation: Analise project plans, specifications, and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor. Tender Preparation: Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender documents, ensuring all cost-related information is accurate and comprehensive. Collaborate with the procurement team to obtain competitive bids from suppliers and subcontractors.
