Role and Responsibilities
Achieve the departmentxe2x80x99s goals and deliver the optimum required level of performance.
Customer and vendor claim follow-ups to prevent EO overdue for all accounts.
Execute a weekly update on customer / vendor claim status to internal and external project owners.
Management of marketing claims to maintain over-dues of the assigned accounts. (xe2x80x9cNo AP Overduexe2x80x9d)

Execute and conduct audit activities to provide pre-emptive plan and suggestions after identification of issues, mismanagements and risks.
Produce reports and analysis in order to provide on-time and accurate information related to operations, changes, issues etc. to stakeholders.
Execute changes and innovations in order to improve internal and external processes in line with HQ guidelines, standards and principles.
Enhance direct engagement and efficient communication with the customers and vendors to improve and strengthen the relationship and trust with the partners.
Maintain and improve Marketing Key Performance Indexes (KPIxe2x80x99s) and indicators to maximize business performance and competitiveness.
Facilitate regular and on-time promotion reconciliation to prevent expense omission
Conduct regular meetings and trainings for both internal and external clients to collect VOCs related to bottlenecks in business operation and identify areas that requires attention and immediate actions.
Skills and Qualifications
2 years of relevant working experience
Post Graduate degree in business management or accounting is an advantage
Accounting background will be a plus
Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
Self-motivated and being able to work under minimum supervision
Ability to work under time pressure
Must have a flexible schedule and willing to put in extra time as needed.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret sales/financial reports, data and studies.
Ability to effectively present information to top management.
SAP, Excel & MS Office knowledge
Initiative and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
