Position Overview
The Sales Admin - Omni-Channel will play a key role in supporting the sales team across multiple sales channels (e.g., online, offline, in-store, direct sales, and partner channels). This role requires a combination of administrative, operational, and sales support skills, as well as the ability to manage sales data and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Sales Admin will help streamline processes, improve the customer experience, and contribute to achieving sales targets across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support Across Channels :
o Provide administrative support to the sales team across multiple sales channels, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.
o Assist in processing sales orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges.
o Monitor and report on omni-channel sales performance, helping to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
o Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, IT, logistics) to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
2. Order Management :
o Oversee and support the order lifecycle from order entry to fulfillment for online and offline channels.
o Track and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or customer queries.
o Ensure that the sales data is accurate and up to date in the ZOHO or sales management systems.
3. Customer Interaction & Service :
o Support the sales team by handling customer inquiries and providing assistance related to product availability, pricing, and promotions.
o Address customer complaints or issues and work with appropriate teams to resolve them promptly.
o Monitor and respond to customer feedback from various channels (e.g., email, social media, online chat).
4. Sales Reporting & Analytics :
o Assist in compiling and analyzing sales data from all channels, including online and offline stores.
o Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to help optimize sales strategies.
o Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and assist in forecasting sales trends across channels.
5. Coordination with Other Departments :
o Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and promotions across all sales channels.
o Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure stock levels are accurate and available for all channels.
o Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of sales platforms.
6. Process Improvement :
o Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations.
o Assist in implementing new tools and systems that improve omni-channel sales performance.
o Stay updated on best practices for omni-channel retailing and sales administration.
Qualifications
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience :
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales administration or support role.
• Experience in omni-channel sales environments (e-commerce, brick-and-mortar, direct sales).
• Familiarity with Zoho ( CRM )software, sales analytics tools, and order management systems.
• Skills :
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, with a focus on customer experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, advance ( Data analysis, Pivot Tables ,V lookup, Filters ,IF & Formula )
• and familiarity with sales-related software (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, SAP, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
