Astute in recognizing industry changes since its launch in 2009, the team utilizes newly established patterns to create timely Anti-PR campaigns comprising traditional and the latest proven media methods.
To assist the Sales department with administrative, organizational, and business development tasks, thereby enabling the CEO and Sales team to engage in numerous productive sales discussions that ultimately enhance the agency's sales performance.
Salary: $6 -$7 USD per hour Schedule: Dayshift Eastern Timezone
Responsibilities: HubSpot Management Oversee, review, and coordinate daily tasks with the Sales Team to ensure timely completion. Maintain up-to-date and organized records and documentation. Develop and implement short-, mid-, and long-term planning and forecasting reports. Create, edit, and analyze dashboards for Marketing and Sales. Manage and administer the CRM system. Sales Support Assisting the sales team with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, contracts and documents. Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments. Coordinating with the Delivery division to facilitate the transfer of information regarding finalized sales. Monitor the status of current client campaigns and provide necessary support to the sales team. Ensure coordination between the delivery and sales teams during the re-signing phase for active clients. Communication Serving as a liaison between the sales team, delivery and other departments. Facilitating internal communication to ensure alignment and collaboration. Preparing and distributing sales-related communications, such as newsletters and updates.
