Job Title: Sales Admin Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a resourceful, career-oriented Sales Admin Manager with solid experience in the chemical industry , particularly in the marketing of solvents and chemicals . The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing a sales team, driving performance, achieving targets, and fulfilling KPIs. This role involves developing sales strategies in various market segments, including flexible packaging, ink manufacturing, paint and coatings, resin, cosmetics, agrochemicals, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Team Management:

Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets and KPIs, ensuring successful execution of sales strategies.

• Market Development:

Lead initiatives to increase market penetration for a variety of chemicals and solvents across industries like paint manufacturing, printing and packaging, cosmetics, and agrochemicals.

• Customer Acquisition and Retention:

Identify new business opportunities, onboard potential clients, and nurture relationships with existing customers to drive long-term growth. Develop tailored solutions based on customer needs.

• Sales Strategy and Reporting:

Develop sales strategies, prepare detailed reports (daily, weekly, monthly), and track performance to ensure sales targets are met. Provide management with regular activity, results, and customer-wise sales reports.

• Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and new product developments. Gather intelligence on substitute products, delivery schedules, and payment terms.

• Order Management and Negotiations:

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from customer inquiries to order fulfilment. Lead negotiations, finalize pricing, and ensure smooth processing of orders, tenders, and contracts.

• Supply Chain Coordination:

Coordinate logistics, shipping, and delivery, working closely with transporters, agents, and warehouses to ensure smooth operations.

• Customer Support:

Handle customer complaints, investigate issues, and propose solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Regulatory Knowledge:

Ensure compliance with government regulations for chemical sales, including customs rules, transport regulations, and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field (preferably with an MBA in Marketing or Master's in International Business).

• Experience:

5-10 years in sales and marketing roles within the chemical industry or related sectors. Experience in marketing raw materials, chemicals, and solvents across different industries is essential.

• Industry Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of industries such as flexible packaging, ink manufacturing, paint & coatings, resin, liquid soaps & detergents, cosmetics, and agrochemicals.

• Skills:
• Proficient in sales strategy development and execution
• Strong customer negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with supply chain functions and SEA shipments
• Knowledge of government procedures , customs regulations , and transport laws for chemicals
• License:

A valid UAE driving license is required.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
