Job Overview:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. This efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Process incoming sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify order details, including pricing, quantities, and shipping information.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain records of sales orders and update order status as necessary.
• Sending order via email and encoding orders using Dolibarr System.
• Assist the sales team with admin tasks, such as proforma invoice, quotation and contracts.
• Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and whatsapp.
Qualifications:
• Experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a sales-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
