Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Administrator. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including customer service, order processing, sales support, and administrative assistance. Your day-to-day activities will include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, assisting the sales team, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department.
Qualifications
• Candidate should possess excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in order processing, sales support, and administrative assistance
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with sales and CRM systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of the tourism industry and Dubai attractions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
