Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Admin Assistant with a strong background in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector and previous experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will support our sales team and manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and tracking sales performance.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports, providing insights to the sales team.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining filing systems.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assist in the development of sales strategies.
• Organize and participate in promotional events and product launches.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of [1] year of experience in sales and administrative roles within the FMCG sector.
• Proven experience working in the UAE market, with an understanding of local consumer behavior.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
