The Sales Coordinator assists the sales team with administrative tasks, communicates with customers, and helps manage sales processes. Key Responsibilities:Admin Support:
Help with scheduling, meetings, and organizing sales documents.
Keep accurate records of sales activities.
Customer Communication:
Answer customer inquiries and gather feedback.
Coordinate with other departments to solve customer issues.
Coordinate with Colleagues for stock, and delivery and follow company rules and regulations.
Sales Process Management:
Assist in lead generation and closing deals.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
Prepare Quotation
Monitor The Stock on Hand
Prepare Tax Invoice
Sales Support:
Prepare sales materials and assist with sales forecasts.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
IT support :
Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
Changing configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues
Generating sign-ins for new hires during the onboarding process
Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
Updating employees on the status of their service requests
Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in sales support or customer service.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
