Responsibilities:
• Generate Lead: Spearhead lead generation efforts, prioritizing high-end leads conducive to significant sales and project opportunities.
• Engage With KOLs Develop and implement strategies to identify and engage with key decision-makers within the market.
• Expand Network: Grow our client base by leveraging your extensive network of marketing managers, brand managers, and KOLs.
• Cultivate Client Relationships: Nurture key client connections, understanding their needs to exceed expectations.
• Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate for Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ideate and implement innovative event, advertising, media, and awareness campaigns.
• Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to seize emerging opportunities.
• Deliver Excellence: Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions, demonstrating high time management and task-oriented approach.
• Communicate Effectively: Provide clear updates on monthly/quarterly initiatives, offering suggestions for improvement with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Maximize Opportunities: Identify and cultivate growth opportunities with clients for both current and potential campaigns.
• Ensure Precision: Coordinate event logistics with meticulous attention to detail, providing exemplary service to clients and the field marketing team.
• Manage Projects: Maintain detailed projects, timelines, and client budgets with care, actively contributing to team meetings and project development sessions. Prior experience with pharmaceutical companies is a significant advantage.
Requirements:
• Accountability, self-driven and result-oriented.
• Proven track record in lead generation, especially within the high-ticket sales and project domain.
• Extensive network and strong connections with decision-makers in the UAE market.
• Proven 5 years of Sales Account Management experience within events, pharmaceutical, advertising, media, or digital solutions industries
• Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant software
• Prior experience with pharmaceutical companies is a significant advantage.
