Generate Lead: Spearhead lead generation efforts, prioritizing high-end leads conducive to significant sales and project opportunities.
Engage With KOLs Develop and implement strategies to identify and engage with key decision-makers within the market.
Expand Network: Grow our client base by leveraging your extensive network of marketing managers, brand managers, and KOLs.
Cultivate Client Relationships: Nurture key client connections, understanding their needs to exceed expectations.
Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate for Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ideate and implement innovative event, advertising, media, and awareness campaigns.
Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to seize emerging opportunities.
Deliver Excellence: Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions, demonstrating high time management and task-oriented approach.

Requirements:
Accountability, self-driven and result-oriented.
Proven track record in lead generation, especially within the high-ticket sales and project domain.
Extensive network and strong connections with decision-makers in the UAE market.
Proven 5 years of Sales Account Management experience within events, advertising, media, or digital solutions industries
Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in relevant software
Prior experience with pharmaceutical companies is a significant advantage.
