Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing key accounts in UAE & GCC markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT Solutions sales, excellent communication skills and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationship with key customers, understand their business needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers through market research and networking.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling company\'s solutions to existing and new customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and contracts to potential customers.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of proposed solutions.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline and forecast to the management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competition and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Preferred Candidate: * 4-6 years of experience in sales in the areas of Digital Transformation, Cyber Security, IT Consulting Services & Outsourcing.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Marketing or a related field.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of FinTech & Digital solutions including ML & AI.
  • Well conversant with Cyber Security concepts & market trends.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationship with customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
