• Driving sales for hardware, software, managed services, and outsourcing solutions.
• Manage client relationships, understand their needs, and propose tailored IT solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams, oversee AMC services and ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet sales targets, stay updated on industry trends and contribute to business growth.
• Responsible for generating revenue by identifying and penetrating specific potential accounts and serving as a marketing consultant that provides efficient and effective business solutions and services.
• Responsible for Sales and Business development.
• Closely work with Client and Internal Team on full business cycle from hunting to sales and collection, to achieve company revenue target or exceeded.
• Identifying highly potential business opportunities and pitch IT Services business accordingly.
• Develop detailed account level plans to provide accurate forecasts on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis.
• Able to bring business from 10 New Clients monthly and new business from existing customers as well.
• Designing & developing complex solutions for specific client opportunities and in developing client deliverables such as a request for information (RFI), request for proposal response (RFP), and statements of work (SOWs), and client proposals/ presentations.
• Monthly reporting on all sales activities like active opportunities, sales presentations, meetings, closures on monthly basis.
Qualifications
• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Post-Graduation in Sales or Business Management is desirable but not mandatory.
Additional Information
• Excellent in listening, negotiation, presentation, and sales-closing skills.
• Goal oriented, dynamic to achieve the sales target and closing business deals.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skill.
Experience Requirements:
• 8 years in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in relevant IT service sales.
• Technology Domain: (Network, Systems, Collaboration, Storage & Backup, Cloud, Database Support Services, etc.)
• Business Services: Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, Enterprise Data Management, Enterprise Networking, IT Managed Services, Remote Infrastructure Management services, IT Infrastructure Support Services, End User IT Support Services, IT Asset Management, etc.
