About the Role: Trident MEA Technologies is urgently seeking a Sales Account Manager with 2-4 years of IT Infrastructure sales experience to join our growing team in the UAE. Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets while ensuring healthy profit margins.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth across sectors.
• Collaborate with channel partners to expand market presence.
• Provide regular sales updates and reports to the Sales Director.
• Contribute to the development of effective sales strategies and forecasts.

What You'll Need:

• 2-4 years of IT Infrastructure Sales experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• Familiarity with UC (Unified Communications), CC (Contact Center), AV (Audio-Visual), IT Infrastructure, and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems.
• Exposure to leading brands like Avaya, Mitel, Cisco, HPE, Dell is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills .
• Knowledge of the UAE business landscape and vendor/reseller management .
• A UAE Driving License (mandatory for client visits).
• Proactive, results-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset.
