We are looking for a proactive and results-driven

Account Manager & Sales Consultant

to join our growing digital marketing agency. This role requires managing client relationships, driving sales, and coordinating with the development team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Account Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Understand client needs and ensure their requirements are met effectively Address client concerns and provide timely solutions Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of services

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for digital marketing services (SEO, social media, PPC, website development, etc.) Conduct sales presentations and meetings with potential clients Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients

Team Coordination:

Work closely with the development and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met Communicate client feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement Ensure seamless execution of digital marketing and development projects

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and account management (preferably in digital marketing or IT services) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts Self-motivated and able to work independently Own visa preferred Willingness to travel (travel allowance provided)
