We're on the lookout for a passionate and results oriented Sales Account Manager to join our vibrant sales team. You'll be key in nurturing and expanding our client relationships, and proactively scouting for new business ventures.
This position calls for exceptional communication skills, strategic acumen, and in-depth knowledge of our products/services, alongside solid experience in Sales/BDM with a good grasp of Professional Audio Visual, Digital Signage, KVM Solutions, Video Wall, Network Operation Centre (NOC), Security Operations Center (SOC), and Meeting Rooms Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Craft and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives.
• Forge and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, and explore new business prospects within assigned accounts.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight company solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Brand Manager, marketing, product development) to fulfill client needs and address concerns.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities and sales strategies.
• Compile and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Keep precise records of sales, client interactions, and account activities in CRM system.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record with 4+ years in sales management or Account Management in ICT, Pro-AV, KVM, videowall, control room technology, PAVA Solution, UCC Solution, IFPD & LEDs, or similar industries.
• Extensive experience in B2B and channel sales.
• Strong market knowledge with an established customer base.
• Top-notch communication, negotiation, interpersonal, strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Valid UAE Driving License required.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
