As a Sales Account Manager at Notamedia, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by generating new sales opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This multifaceted role requires a combination of sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage client interactions throughout the entire lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture trustful relationships with clients, serving as a consultant to understand their needs and provide valuable insights.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing project-related issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Customer Experience:
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
• Representing the Clients' Interests:
• Gain a deep understanding of clients' businesses, goals, and challenges.
• Effectively communicate client requirements to internal teams and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Contract Negotiation:
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable to both the client and the company.
• Secure sign-offs and manage the contract lifecycle.
• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling.
• Promote referral programs and actively collect testimonials and feedback.
• Debt Collection:
• Monitor and manage debtor accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.
• NPS Reporting:
• Collect and analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) reports to gauge client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Upselling:
• Strategically identify and execute upselling opportunities after the successful completion of initial contracts.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Bitrix24 will be a huge advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent English
• Fluent Arabic is an advantage
