( https://www.wi-fi-training.com/wi-fi-weightloss ) Overview Of The Role The Sales Manager role entails proactively engaging with clients over the phone, e-mail or social media funnels, (this is not the cold calling position as all our clients are reaching us directly to inquire, so inbound calls only) the main objectives are offering comprehensive information about our company and methodologies, and guiding potential clients towards informed decisions. This position involves effectively scheduling client appointments, meticulously maintaining and organizing calendar with client and appointment data. Essential aspect of this role is providing steadfast support to clients, helping them to improve the quality of their life and dedicating efforts to foster and fortify customer relationships. Highly motivated team and positive environment will serve as a great basis to keep improving your knowledge and grow together with a Company development. What You Will Do
  • Ensure business process standards are maintained, including the monitoring of Customer data capture and accuracy at CRM.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner: follow up to ensure resolution-developing and maintaining positive relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Administering the sales process, including prospecting, building rapport and trust, identifying need, presenting persuasively, handling objections, closing the sale, and getting referrals. Converting leads into customers.
  • Collaborating with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
  • Meeting KPIs & budgets
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports on sales target achievements and customer service ticket resolutions .
  • Keep records of customer interactions.
  • Managing and maintaining customer databases.
  • Managing HubSpot, WhatsApp, Instagram messages, Facebook messenger
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

About The Team The team is a group of Sales key account managers who are managing sales on the field. They are highly motivated, collaborative and fun. All of them will be reporting to you as a Sales Account Manager that will be reporting to the stakeholders. What Equips You For The Role
  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent is advantage
  • Minimum 1 years experience in Sales
  • Experience in telesales is an advantage
  • Proficiency in ARABIC and ENGLISH
  • B2C Experience is advantage
  • Previous involvement in the fitness field and passion towards fitness is advantage
Benefits:
  • Salary package 9K-12k AED ( Basic salary + accommodation allowance + KPI's percentage + sales commission + accommodation for the first 3 educational months provided from the Company so you can focus on education only + visa cost, insurance, flight ticket, etc...)
  • Basic Salary 5k-7k (depends of experience and education) with ability to earn double of the basic in the first 6 months.
