We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team in Dubai. As a Sales Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive offline sales growth by leveraging your strong connections within corporates, relocation companies, travel agents, and the Dubai Government. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, a robust network, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase offline sales within corporate, relocation, and government sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporates, relocation companies, travel agents, and government agencies.
• Identify new business opportunities and engage potential clients, highlighting the value of our luxury vacation rental solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and operations to create tailored sales proposals that meet the specific needs of target sectors.
• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, including revenue goals, client acquisition, and retention objectives.
• Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management, identifying progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on competitor activities and customer requirements to drive competitive advantage.
• Represent bnbme at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our market presence and generate leads.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in hotel apartments, hospitality, or related industries, with a focus on corporate, relocation, and government contracts.
• Established network and strong contacts within target industries, including corporates, relocation companies, travel agents, and Dubai Government.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Ability to build lasting relationships and effectively network.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with the hospitality or vacation rental industry is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
