Job Overview:
As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and delivering customized system integration solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, as well as the ability to understand technical solutions and communicate them effectively to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Proactively identify and generate new business leads in the UAE region. Utilize various sales channels such as cold calls, emails, and networking to engage potential clients and grow the customer base.
Sales Presentations & Quotation Preparation:
Prepare and present customized quotes for system integration solutions, including AV, IT, security systems, CCTV, WiFi, ERP/ software solutions and other related products. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, offer solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting & Projections:
Track sales performance, preparing monthly and yearly sales projections. Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on progress towards targets and key milestones.
Collaboration with Technical Teams:
Work closely with internal technical teams and Pre-Sales Engineers to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements. Ensure smooth communication and implementation of solutions.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. Ensure no lead is overlooked and all opportunities are effectively followed through to closure.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT, AV, ERP/ software solutions or system integration industry.
Technical Knowledge:
Basic understanding of system integration solutions, including AV, IT, CCTV, WiFi, ERP/ software solutions and security systems.
Sales Skills:
Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and meet or exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
Goal-Oriented:
Highly self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets and KPIs.
