Are you a driven and results-oriented sales leader with experience in AC services? We are looking for a

Sales Manager

to spearhead our sales efforts for

AC servicing, AC duct cleaning, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for AC servicing, duct cleaning, and AMCs. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and service presentations to tailor solutions to customer needs. Provide accurate quotes, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Track sales performance and report key metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales management within AC servicing, duct cleaning, or a related technical services field. Strong knowledge of AC systems, duct cleaning processes, and AMCs. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to drive revenue growth and meet aggressive sales targets. Strong client relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach. Familiarity with the Dubai market and industry trends is a plus. UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:

AED 4,000 - AED 5,000 per month (based on experience) + commission
