Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports.

Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and market trends.

Train and mentor, the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
