We are seeking an organized and driven

Sales Coordinator

to join our dynamic team at leading transport company. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales department and clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the sales team with daily operations and client management. Respond to client inquiries and provide quotes for transportation services. Track and manage client orders and schedules. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and service quality. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Help develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals. Prepare sales reports and presentations for management. Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up communications.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in sales, business, or logistics. Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role, ideally in the transport industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of transport logistics and industry trends is a plus.
