- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner
- Provide product recommendations and assistance with selections
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Utilize your gift wrapping expertise to create stunning presentations for customer purchases
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and effective communication
- Handle direct messeges through whatsapp and instagram
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Experience with gift wrapping techniques and materials
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
