We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sailing Boat Captain to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and operating sailing boats, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of passengers, and maintaining the vessel in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and navigate the sailing boat safely and efficiently.
• Oversee the safety and well-being of all passengers and crew members.
• Plan routes, monitor weather conditions, and adjust the itinerary as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure the vessel remains in excellent condition.
• Handle docking, mooring, and anchoring procedures.
• Comply with all local maritime regulations and safety standards.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience with excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sailing Boat Captain.
• Valid Captain's License and relevant certifications as per UAE maritime regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of sailing techniques, navigation systems, and boat maintenance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with Dubai's coastal waters is a plus.
